Refund policy

SaaS Kit is a digital product: once you download it, the files are yours. So we refund when something is wrong, not for a change of mind.

When you get a full refund

• The panel doesn't install or doesn't run on your setup (After Effects 2022 or newer, Windows or macOS), and we can't fix it.
• A feature described on this site doesn't work, and we can't fix it.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order.

Ask within 14 days of purchase. This applies wherever you bought it.

When we don't refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• You expected something the site doesn't describe.

• Bought on this site: write to us at solairmotion@gmail.com with your order email. Paddle, our reseller, handles the refund itself; you can also reach Paddle at paddle.net.
• Bought on Gumroad: write to us at solairmotion@gmail.com with your order email.

Talk to us first

Email us your operating system, After Effects version and what happens: most problems are fixed the same day. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have by law where you live.

After a refund the licence key is deactivated and the panel stops working.
